They have partnered with a nation-wide brand to bring this offering to Brisbane. It will form part of an existing entertainment and sport-driven complex.
Job Description
The General Manager will play a pivotal role in pre-opening planning, operational set-up, and the ongoing success of this landmark venue. This role requires a commercially astute leader with a proven track record in high-volume hospitality operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating all F&B operations for opening and ongoing service
- Managing and mentoring multiple department heads
- Ensuring commercial performance and operational efficiency
- Maintaining compliance and high service standards
- Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic direction
The ideal candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a background in pubs or large-format venues. Pre-opening experience is highly regarded.
Essential skills and attributes:
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume food and beverage operations
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- Experience leading multi-department teams
- Strategic thinking and operational excellence
- Pre-opening project experience (preferred)
