Hastings People has been retained by an innovative and progressive hospitality company that seeks an experienced leader to oversee a bustling community pub in Tumbulgum, NSW.
The group has been rapidly expanding over the last 5 years, with several venues across the state.
Job Description
As the General Manager, you will be accountable for the ongoing execution of all tasks related to the successful operation and commercial success of the venue.
You will guide and build your team while overseeing a wide array of product offerings spanning traditional on-premise drivers including food, beverage, functions, gaming and retail.
The role will enable you to cover all aspects of the business as well as continue to foster strong community relationships. It represents your opportunity to elevate your career to the next level by leading a large, dynamic hospitality operation to elevated levels of trade and general performance.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience as a General Manager in a community-driven food, beverage and gaming venue
The ability to recruit, develop, lead and motivate your team
A genuine passion for hospitality fuelling a hands-on approach and being the face of the business
Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food, beverage and gaming
A strategic mindset focused on incremental revenue growth
