Job Description
This is a senior leadership role responsible for the full operational and commercial performance of a complex, high-volume venue. The General Manager will set the tone for culture, service and results, while leading a large management team across multiple service areas.
Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing all aspects of venue operations, compliance and financial performance

Leading, mentoring and developing a large management and leadership team

Driving revenue through programming, entertainment and late-night trade strategies

Managing labour, cost controls and budgets in a high-volume environment

Ensuring exceptional guest experience across all touchpoints
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality leader with a proven background in large-scale, fast-paced venues and a passion for entertainment-driven operations.
You will bring:

Demonstrated experience as a General Manager or senior leader in high-volume venues

Strong background in late-night, entertainment or complex multi-offer environments

Commercial acumen with the ability to manage large budgets and teams
