Job Description
Reporting directly to the owners, the General Manager will take full operational leadership of this complex, multi-faceted boutique hotel. This is a visible, hands-on role requiring presence across the floor, strong commercial oversight and the ability to set standards by example.
You will lead all facets of the business including:

Food and Beverage operations across fine dining, bistro, bars and café

Rooms division and end-to-end guest experience

Team leadership, culture and performance management

Financial performance, budgeting and wage control

Brand standards and premium service delivery
This is a hybrid operator role requiring strategic capability, strong hosting presence and daily operational leadership.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced boutique hospitality leader who thrives in premium environments where detail and culture matter. You will be commercially astute, operationally confident and naturally hands-on in your leadership style.
You will demonstrate:

Proven senior leadership experience in boutique hotels or premium F&B environments

Strong food and beverage operational expertise

The ability to lead and unify mixed-experience teams

Sound financial acumen and accountability for performance

A leadership style grounded in humility, professionalism and high standards
Regional or destination hotel experience will be highly regarded.
