As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational performance of this multi-faceted venue. Leading multiple department heads and a substantial workforce, you will ensure the delivery of world-class guest experiences across all operational areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and inspiring department heads across F&B, restaurant, functions, and general operations
- Driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
- Overseeing financial performance, budget management, and cost control
- Ensuring premium service delivery across all touch points
- Fostering a high-performance culture through effective leadership and mentoring
The successful candidate will be a seasoned hospitality leader with proven success managing large-scale, premium, multi-faceted venues. You will be a commercially astute operator who thrives in high-volume environments while maintaining an unwavering focus on service excellence.

- Extensive GM experience in comparable premium, high-volume settings
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitability
