The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in leading high performing teams in a busy environment. Attention to detail is critical to success as well as a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. They will have a great background in operations with a good grasp of numbers as well as being solutions focussed.
This role is a mix of responsibilities from strategical planning to being hands-on leading the team. The successful candidate will lead# from the front whilst motivating and inspiring the huge team around them.

- A proven track record of leading teams of scale in premium operations
- Exceptional time management and delegation skills
