The role requires strong financial acumen, the ability to develop the team to deliver exceptional service, and the expertise to align with the brand, HR, training programs, and overall growth strategy.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proven experience as a Multi-unit General Manager or Director
- Manage budgets, performance reviews of your management team
- Exceptional time management skills and be detail orientated
- Experience in a high level service food and Beverage operations
- A true entrepreneur who takes ownership of everything they do.
