Our client operates a well-known suburban hotel in North-West Sydney, recognised for its welcoming atmosphere, quality food offering, and strong ties to the local community. The venue features a vibrant bistro, gaming lounge, and regular local events, catering to a diverse and loyal clientele.

Job Description
The General Manager will take full responsibility for the leadership and performance of the venue. With a hands-on approach and a focus on consistency, you will manage daily operations, lead the team, and ensure a seamless guest experience across food, beverage, gaming, and service. The role suits a commercially minded leader who thrives in a community-centric setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of venue operations and financial performance

  • Leading and developing a high-performing front and back of house team

  • Maintaining strong food, beverage, and gaming standards

Candidate Profile
