Job Description
As General Manager, you will lead all aspects of the venue’s operations, from team leadership and guest experience to commercial performance and event execution. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys being embedded in their local community, and is eager to grow the venue’s presence through activations, events, and collaborations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily operations across food, beverage, and events

  • Leading, training, and inspiring a cohesive venue team

  • Driving venue marketing, activations, and community engagement

  • Maintaining high standards across service, product, and compliance

  • Contributing to business planning and performance growth

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced and hands-on hospitality leader with a background in premium pub or casual dining environments. You will be customer-focused, commercially astute, and energised by the opportunity to contribute to a venue’s growth and community impact.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Venue or General Manager in a hospitality setting

  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset

  • A passion for food, local events, and customer experience

  • Creativity in developing activations and local partnerships

  • Excellent operational, compliance, and financial management skills
