Job Description
As General Manager, you will lead all aspects of the venue’s operations, from team leadership and guest experience to commercial performance and event execution. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys being embedded in their local community, and is eager to grow the venue’s presence through activations, events, and collaborations.
Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily operations across food, beverage, and events

Leading, training, and inspiring a cohesive venue team

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced and hands-on hospitality leader with a background in premium pub or casual dining environments. You will be customer-focused, commercially astute, and energised by the opportunity to contribute to a venue’s growth and community impact.
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience as a Venue or General Manager in a hospitality setting
