Job Description
The General Manager will take full ownership of venue performance, leading a large team in a fast-paced, entertainment-led environment. This role requires a commercially minded leader who can balance operational excellence with brand execution and guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:

Full accountability for financial performance, compliance and operational standards

Leading, developing and motivating a large management and leadership team

Driving revenue through major sporting events, promotions and late-night trade

Managing labour, COGS and budgets in a high-volume setting

Upholding brand standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience
Candidate Profile
This role will suit an experienced hospitality leader with a strong background in high-energy, high-volume venues and a passion for sport and entertainment.
You will bring:

Proven experience as a General Manager in large, high-volume hospitality venues

Exposure to late-night, event-driven or entertainment-focused operations

Strong commercial and financial management capability

A confident, hands-on leadership style with a focus on culture and development
