Job Description
This role will see you take full operational ownership of a well-established community pub in Wagga Wagga. You will lead from the front, driving performance across all areas of the business while preparing the venue for a significant renovation in 2026.

Oversee all day-to-day venue operations

Lead, develop, and inspire a large team

Manage financial performance including P&L, wages, and cost control

Drive revenue growth across food, beverage, and gaming

Contribute to planning and execution of upcoming refurbishment
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced General Manager with a background in high-volume pubs or hotels. You bring strong commercial acumen, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to build high-performing teams within a community-focused environment.

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a large-format pub or hotel

Strong financial and operational capability

Excellent people leadership and team development skills

Ability to engage with local community and stakeholders

Experience in leading change or venue upgrades is advantageous
