Candidate Profile
The successful candidate for the role will possess;
- Experience as a 5-star hotel General Manager
- A creative and lateral approach to team leadership and service
- Passion for premium food and beverage offerings
- Effective and collaborative stakeholder and community engagement
- Demonstrated ability to develop initiatives and activities
- A deep understanding of brand strategy and delivery
- A desire to build an inclusive, positive and outcome-focused culture
- Strong time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail
