Job Description 

The ideal candidate for this role will be willing to relocate to Melbourne, Australia. Is experienced in leading a high-performing team in a michelin level service environment. This is a hands-on role that will see the successful candidate lead from the front while motivating and inspiring the team around them. The GM is responsible for all facets of the business including cost management, people experience and product, and ultimately is accountable for bringing the team together to achieve excellence.
 
Candidate Profile 
 
To be successful in this role you will have;
  • Comprehensive experience in a similar hospitality management role
  • Willing to relocate to Melbourne, Australia.
  • A proactive leadership style and an ability to impact multiple outlets
  • In-depth financial knowledge with a keen eye on metrics and cost-tracking
  • Experience working autonomously and achieving goals and targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A consistent and accomplished record of customer service
  • A history of creating initiatives and strategies to improve performance
