Their venues boast their own unique individuality, and are institutions in both Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This will be their first opening in Townsville.
Job Description
As General Manager you will report to the CEO and Directors in overseeing the pre-opening and execution of a soon-to-be renovated brewery and venue. It will cater for a range of markets and demographics, and will include cutting-edge design, food service and a range of in-house brews. You will build your food & beverage team and oversee the entire operation.
We are open to speaking with applicants with experience in leadership positions that demand a diverse skillset, specifically from within premium on-premise environments and high-volume settings. Having pre-opening or taphouse experience is a bonus.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this position, applicants will have:
- Experience as a General Manager in large format and high volume venues that have a strong food component
- Exceptional commercial acumen and proven track record managing large teams
- The ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- A strong passion for mentorship and building a team from the ground up
This role is offering a competitive package comprised of a generous base salary plus super. The role would see you working in the Townsville area.
