Job Description
As the Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day food operations of this busy beachside pub, with tasks including rostering, training, quality control and of course, customer service. You will focus on customer feedback and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality and consistency in the product.
You will utilise your service background to educate and improve those working around you, elevating the customer experience in the process. This is not a business-as-usual role, rather the focus is on continuous improvement and product evolution.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A highly structured and organised approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience running a high volume food service operation, whether it be a restaurant, bistro or catering background.
- Exceptional management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong financial awareness especially regarding COGs and Labour
- Above all, a genuine passion for hospitality
This fantastic role is offering a competitive remuneration package, comprised of base salary plus super.
