As Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee all F&B operations across the hotel’s outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and consistency with premium standards. You will partner with culinary leadership and front‑of‑house teams to deliver memorable dining and beverage experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets and bars
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and outlet managers to ensure consistency in service and quality
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and stock control
- Drive service excellence through training, coaching, and staff development
- Implement systems to ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing standards
We seek a strong hospitality leader with proven experience managing multiple food and beverage venues in a luxury environment. You will have a genuine passion for guest experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead by example.
- Demonstrated experience in food and beverage management within luxury hotels or premium venues
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing revenue and cost controls
- Inspirational leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate teams
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of current food and beverage trends and commitment to exceptional service
