Job Description
The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the performance and standards of several venues across the Gold Coast. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for driving service quality, building high-performing teams and ensuring operational consistency across locations.

Manage the daily F&B operations across a multi-venue portfolio

Lead from the front, setting service and leadership standards for venue teams

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support group strategy and execution

Drive guest experience, compliance and staff engagement across sites

Implement systems, reporting and training programs to support sustainable growth
Candidate Profile
You are a structured, experienced operator with a background in multi-site leadership and a passion for delivering quality hospitality at scale. You thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and bring clarity, energy and professionalism to every level of the business.

Demonstrated success in multi-site or large-format venue management

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to lead by example, coach teams and develop leaders

High-level understanding of service standards, compliance and reporting

Experience working with established systems and scaling operations
