Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager roll is full time and reports to the House/Events Manager. The roll encompasses all food & beverage operations through out the club as well as the cleanliness and presentation of the club. The role will focus on the front of house operation, with a people first mentality with guests and staff.
This role will see you reporting to and working closely with the House Manager and another F&B Manager to achieve quality service standards with the team.

- A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a premium environment.
- Great personal presentation and impeccable attention to detail
- A strategic outlook and ability to collaborate with other leaders
- Ability to control beverage & labour cost
- Exceptional time management and delegation skills
- A passion for delivering the best in the industry
- Strong compliance comprehension
