Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring guests are provided with the highest standard of service in all of the establishments food & beverage operations, while creating a positive culture for our employees to thrive. You will liaise with guests regarding private functions and coordinate with other departments to ensure the seamless execution of all hospitality operations.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a premium hotel, club or on premise environment.
  • Great personal presentation and impeccable attention to detail
  • A strategic outlook and ability to collaborate with other leaders
  • Ability to control beverage & labour cost
  • Exceptional time management and delegation skills
  • A passion for delivering the best in the industry
