Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead a world-class fine dining restaurant located within a luxury hotel. This is an extraordinary opportunity for an accomplished hospitality professional with Michelin-level experience to oversee all aspects of an elevated dining operation known for its excellence in service, cuisine, and guest experience.
The General Manager will drive operational success, inspire the team, and ensure that every guest encounter reflects the highest standards of luxury and refinement.
Candidate Profile
- Provide strategic leadership across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, ambiance, and guest satisfaction consistent with Michelin and Forbes standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership to deliver a cohesive and memorable dining experience.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to hospitality excellence.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls while maintaining profitability without compromising quality.
- Implement and uphold rigorous service standards, staff training programs, and operational SOPs.
- Engage with guests, resolve feedback, and ensure a culture of personalized luxury service.
- Support marketing and PR initiatives to enhance the restaurant’s reputation and visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a fine-dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams with grace, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Deep knowledge of food and beverage operations, fine wine, and guest service standards.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L for high-volume fine dining venues.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a drive for excellence in every guest interaction.
