Job Description

The Financial Controller will lead the end-to-end finance function across the group's hospitality outlets. This hands-on role is suited to a commercially minded finance professional with hospitality sector experience and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance activities
  • Supporting operational leaders with budgeting, P&L analysis, and business performance insights
  • Managing external relationships with accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies
  • Implementing and refining financial systems, processes, and controls
  • Leading a small finance team to deliver timely and accurate reporting
Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will bring financial acumen, operational understanding, and a collaborative leadership style. A background in hospitality or multi-site environments will be highly regarded.
They will demonstrate:
  • Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
  • Strong understanding of hospitality cost structures, revenue streams, and reporting cycles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software
  • CPA/CA qualification or equivalent preferred
