Job Description
The Financial Controller will lead the end-to-end finance function across the group's hospitality outlets. This hands-on role is suited to a commercially minded finance professional with hospitality sector experience and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing all financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance activities
Supporting operational leaders with budgeting, P&L analysis, and business performance insights
Managing external relationships with accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies
Implementing and refining financial systems, processes, and controls
Leading a small finance team to deliver timely and accurate reporting
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring financial acumen, operational understanding, and a collaborative leadership style. A background in hospitality or multi-site environments will be highly regarded.
They will demonstrate:
Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
Strong understanding of hospitality cost structures, revenue streams, and reporting cycles
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency in financial systems and software
CPA/CA qualification or equivalent preferred
