With continued expansion on the horizon, they require a skilled Finance Manager to oversee the full finance function and provide strategic advice across the group.
Job Description
As Finance Manager, you will lead the end-to-end finance operations for the group, spanning multiple trading entities. This is a high-impact role that combines hands-on financial control with broader strategic input. You will act as a key business partner to the executive team, ensuring financial rigour while identifying growth opportunities and supporting investment decisions.
- Oversight of group reporting, compliance, audit, and tax obligations
- Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across business units
- Development of financial models and decision support tools
- Cash flow management, risk analysis, and capital planning
- Lead, develop, and mentor a small, capable finance team
- Strategic advice to the leadership team on growth, funding, and operational improvements
The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute finance leader with strong technical foundations and proven experience in either hospitality or tech. You will be confident navigating multi-entity environments and bring a collaborative, proactive style that adds value beyond the numbers.
- CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' post-qualification experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing full finance functions
- Exposure to multi-unit or group-level operations
- Advanced skills in reporting, financial modelling, and commercial analysis
- Strong communication and leadership capability, with a hands-on approach
- Experience in hospitality or tech preferred
