Our client is a fast-growing, independently owned beverage company known for its community focus, quality products, and ambitious expansion plans. This is a strategic, field-based leadership role responsible for driving off-premise growth across a diverse territory. - Manage and grow key retail customer relationships
- Coach and support a Territory Manager to achieve sales targets
- Oversee execution of trade marketing and in-store activation
- Analyse sales data, prepare ROI cases, and report performance metrics
You are a driven and field-oriented sales leader with a strong understanding of the off-premise liquor or FMCG landscape. You are just as comfortable negotiating in-store as you are mentoring team members or analysing performance data. You thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments and bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Ideal experience includes:
- Proven success in a territory or field sales role within liquor, beverage, or FMCG
- Experience managing and developing salespeople or merchandising teams
- Strong communication, reporting, and organisational skills
- Understanding of trade marketing and in-store execution
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Canberra region
