Working hand-in-hand with a highly respected Group Executive Chef, you’ll have the support and freedom to innovate while maintaining the high standards that define the group. Located in Sydney’s west, the venue is currently undergoing a major renovation and rebrand, with a focus on becoming a food destination that delivers quality, variety, and creativity. The group offers strong support from senior leadership, including hands-on collaboration with its accomplished Group Executive Chef.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee all culinary operations across several distinct outlets within the venue
• Collaborate with the Group Executive Chef to design modern, produce-led menus
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team across varying concepts
• Drive kitchen efficiency, profitability, and excellence in execution
• Foster a kitchen culture that values innovation, consistency, and sustainability
We’re looking for a culinary leader with:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leader in a multi-outlet or high-volume setting
• A flair for modern cuisine and developing diverse, innovative concepts
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development
• A deep respect for seasonal, local ingredients and sustainable practices
• The ability to deliver high-quality food consistently across multiple offerings
