As the Executive Chef, you will have full responsibility for menu creativity to really drive the business to success. Work over woodfire and charcoal designing menus in the perfect fusion of Modern Australian and Mediterranean cuisines in their own right.
You will be responsible for the training and development of staff through your ability to inspire and lead your team. We are seeking a chef who wants to put their name on the map by challenging and pushing the boundary around culinary innovation.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have at least 3 years as a Head Chef in an award-winning or hatted venue
- Be a highly structured and organised approach to managing
- Possess a proven ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Maintain a deep passion for menu creation and the innate desire to push the boundaries
- Have the ability to lead and inspire your staff
- Be someone who is a goal setter and works towards success
- Full unrestricted working rights
