Job Description

This Executive Chef role presents an opportunity to lead a large, high-performing kitchen operation within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The position carries full responsibility for culinary standards, people leadership, menu execution, and commercial performance, working closely with senior leadership to drive consistency and excellence across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a senior kitchen leadership team

  • Establishing, protecting, and championing a positive and professional kitchen culture

  • Acting as the primary driver of standards, accountability, and performance

  • Building menus confidently within a defined brief, ensuring consistency across core offerings

  • Introducing and managing a rotating specials board of strategic importance

  • Overseeing BOH recruitment and workforce planning

  • Maintaining strong control of food cost, labour, GP, and operational efficiency

  • Leading busy, high-volume service with calm, organised leadership

Candidate Profile

This opportunity will suit a senior culinary leader who is highly engaged with the hospitality industry and experienced in complex, high-volume operations. You will balance creativity with commercial discipline while building strong, motivated teams.
