Job Description
The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to the founder, managing a mix of responsibilities to assist with the always changing landscape of the co-working membership landscape. The role involves complex scheduling, travel coordination, and project management, as well as discretion and a keen eye for detail.
- Manage daily calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries
- Serve as gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with special projects, events, and communications
- Coordinate personal errands and tasks with efficiency and care
- Anticipate needs and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a highly capable, intuitive, and resourceful assistant with prior experience supporting C-level executives or entrepreneurs in a start up. A background in Real estate, hospitality, luxury, or creative industries is advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and highly responsive
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, AI, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
