Job Description

The Events Sales Manager will lead event sales strategy and execution, managing the full lifecycle from enquiry to delivery. Working closely with senior leadership and venue operations, this role requires both a commercial mindset and a strong understanding of operational realities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing event sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Building and managing relationships with corporate, social, and community clients
  • Leading the end-to-end sales process, from enquiry management to contracts and handover
  • Collaborating with operations to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction
  • Tracking sales performance and market trends to inform proactive planning
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has a background in hospitality event sales and a solid grounding in venue operations. They are motivated by growth, strategy, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
  • Proven success in hospitality event sales, ideally in hotels, pubs, or large venues
