Job Description
As Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of event management — from initial enquiry through to flawless delivery. You will play a key role in driving revenue, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with operations, culinary, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a hands-on role that blends sales strategy with creativity and customer care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing event enquiries, proposals, contracts, and on-the-day coordination
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Working cross-functionally to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction
- Identifying and capitalising on opportunities for repeat and referral business
- Supporting the wider sales strategy to achieve team and venue performance goals
You are a motivated and polished professional with proven experience in event sales or management within premium hospitality, venues, or catering environments. You possess a balance of commercial focus, creative flair, and exceptional attention to detail. Above all, you take pride in creating experiences that exceed client expectations.
