Job Description
As an Event Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Relationship management for both existing and new clients: executing a high-level and timely service to clients and customers alike
- Delivering proposals to suit the client's requirements
- Organising and hosting site meetings to help facilitate world-class experiences for our clients
- Workflow management to ensure that all administration is accurate and timely
- Working closely, and in conjunction with, the Event Operations Manager, General Manager, and Event Coordinator to ensure that all aspects of events have been cost-effective, established, and serve both the client and business needs
- Innovation to find new ways to deliver exceptional experiences to guests
- Creating memorable experiences for our clients

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, prior experience in social or corporate sales - wedding and hospitality banquet operations is considered an advantage
- Proven record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to communicate effectively and with clarity to both internal and external stakeholders
- A natural problem solver, with the ability to offer creative and elegant solutions
- Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuinely warm and welcoming demeanour
- Motivated and detail-oriented
- Passion for the industry
- Available to work at least one weekend day per week – up to both weekend days during peak periods
