The Event Operations Manager will oversee the seamless delivery of events across multiple spaces within the hotel. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, ensuring flawless coordination between departments, clients, and service teams to uphold the brand's elevated reputation.

- Leading the operational execution of events from handover to delivery
- Managing and mentoring an on-the-floor team to uphold service excellence
- Working closely with Sales, Culinary, and Front Office teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with brand standards, safety, and operational protocols
- Problem-solving in real time to uphold the guest and client experience
