Job Description
This role is ideal for an experienced Event Manager with a background in restaurants or hotels. Based in the Sydney CBD, the role is responsible for managing event inquiries from initial contact through to execution, reporting to the Group Events Manager and General Manager. It requires a hands-on approach to planning and coordination, as well as a willingness to contribute to proactive sales, activations, and partnership initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing event bookings from enquiry to execution

Coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless events

Supporting proactive sales efforts to secure new business

Contributing to brand activations and strategic partnerships

Reporting on event performance and client feedback
