Job Description
The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards in service and compliance while leading a motivated front-of-house team. This is a hands-on role requiring energy, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Manage floor operations across food, beverage, and gaming

Maintain service standards and customer satisfaction

Lead and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment

Ensure compliance with RSA and gaming regulations

Support senior management in driving revenue and performance
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar high-volume venue and thrives in a leadership role. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Experience in food, beverage, and gaming environments

Proven ability to lead teams and uphold service standards

Solid knowledge of compliance requirements (RSA, RCG)

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Flexible availability including nights and weekends
