This role is for one of their larger properties in a real vacation destination, which is also popular for businesses hosting conferences and events.
Job Description
The role of Director of Sales will see you work closely with the key stakeholders of this business, to redefine the strategic direction and performance of the hotel and hospitality sales function, ensuring a holistic approach with effective brand representation.
With your innate skills and experience, you will lead, coach and mentor the hotel sales team to focus and drive the rooms division and hospitality departments whilst sustaining an enjoyable and high performing culture.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in the role you will have;
- 4+ years in a sales management capacity
- Effective influencing and negotiating skills
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Deep relations and strong industry networks
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- A passion for hunting and signing on new clients
- To enjoy what you do and have fun doing it
This role is offering a strong remuneration package including base salary circa $115,000 plus super, plus incentives, and relocation assistance and accomodation.
