Hastings People have been engaged by a national hospitality group to identify their next Director of Restaurants. This flagship property is breaking new ground in the hotel space and prides itself on curating guest experiences through high levels of service as well as premium product. 

Job Description 

In this vital leadership role, you will work closely and in partnership with other key stakeholders to continuously drive and identify revenue, product, and guest experience development opportunities. The entire Food and Beverage operation, which is inclusive of multiple restaurants, bars and in-room dining, will all be yours to drive, nurture and grow!
  
You will be a key player in the importance of all guests’ experiences. You will have the confidence to curate food and beverage programs in collaboration with the culinary team and will have a demonstrated and strong focus on developing your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
  
Candidate Profile
  
To be considered for this role you will have:
  • Experience running a premium restaurant operation, multi-site experience is a bonus
  • Enthusiasm for being a part of a destination venue
  • Strong leadership qualities and a genuine passion for the industry
  • Dedication to developing a high-performing team 
  • High-level customer service tailored to a discerning clientele
  • Awareness of local and global hospitality trends
  • Strong communication skills both with your team and collaborators
  • Exceptional financial acumen and drive to achieve results
