As our client grows their community of passionate wine enthusiasts, they are looking for a dynamic and sophisticated Director of Membership to develop and lead their membership program — including sales, member experience, and the design of bespoke events, tastings, and international wine journeys.

Job Description

The Director of Membership will be responsible for driving growth, engagement, and loyalty across our exclusive membership tiers. This individual will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on curator — leading membership sales, managing member relationships, and crafting high-touch, memorable experiences that reflect the prestige of our brand.

Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role you will have:
  • 5+ years in luxury hospitality, wine sales, private clubs, or membership-based organizations
  • Deep understanding of wine, wine culture, and hospitality standards
  • Proven track record in sales and relationship management at the high-net-worth level
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Experience planning luxury events or curated travel experiences
  • Warm, polished, and articulate — a natural host and ambassador
  • WSET or equivalent wine certification is a strong plus
