Job Description
The Director of Learning & Development will oversee all aspects of training and capability building, ensuring the club’s workforce is empowered, skilled, and aligned with brand standards. This role will partner closely with senior leaders to implement L&D strategies that drive performance and engagement.
Develop and lead L&D programs across front-of-house, back-of-house, and leadership teams
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Implement onboarding, compliance, and service excellence training
Evaluate program effectiveness and adapt initiatives to support operational goals
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring deep experience in hospitality-focused learning environments and a strong understanding of high-touch service cultures. They will be engaging, collaborative, and strategic in their approach to talent development.
Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related discipline
Proven leadership in L&D within hospitality or luxury service environments
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
