Our client’s venue has a modern twist with rustic styling and multiple outlets catering to guests every need. This atmosphere creates a perfect space to go with friends and family to enjoy all that the venue has to offer.

Job Description

Reporting directly into the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the venue, with a huge focus on guest experience, overseeing all food and beverage outlets, and be the point of contact for large-scale events. 

You will thrive in an extremely busy environment and have a hands-on management style. You will utilise your customer service & product-focused background to educate and improve those working around you, elevating your team's knowledge and skills in the process. With this, you will help drive the venue through further growth and success.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • At least three years experience as a manager in a large-scale, high-volume premium venue
  • Exemplary management skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • A solid understanding of all things food and beverage
  • Strong financial acumen relevant to P&L management and cost control
  • Amazing customer service with a guest-forward approach
  • A genuine passion for hospitality fuelling a hands-on approach
  • Experience in regional hospitality as well as large-scale events
  • An eye for detail and the ability to influence those around you
