Job Description
The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for leading a small and diverse team across multiple outlets including banquets and events. You will be responsible for driving strategy to ensure this hotel continues to provide world-class guest experiences, flawless events, and memorable stays. You will report directly to the General Manager and have a focus on mentorship and staff development.
The role requires keen attention to detail, self-motivation and a genuine drive to continually raise the bar along with a true love for hospitality and service.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate for the role will possess;
- Significant Experience within a premium hotel environment
- A creative and adaptable approach to team leadership
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- A passion to for forging relationships with guests and clients
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and maintain successful operational strategies
- An interest in luxury brands, particularly their F&B offerings
- A desire to build an inclusive, positive and outcome-focused culture
- Strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in delivering events, meetings, conferences and weddings
