As our client grows their community of passionate wine enthusiasts, they are looking for a dynamic and sophisticated Director of Catering & Outreach to develop and lead their catering program — including sales, business development and catering logisitics.
Job Description
Responsible for the development of catering and outreach including sales, systems, and staff to achieve maximum revenue potential and assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Creation of annual sales plan. Cultivate ongoing catering & outreach sales through current key clients. Prospect and develop new leads and clients to add to an established book of business
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality, catering & Events sales.
- Deep understanding of catering operations, logistics and hospitality standards
- Proven track record in sales and relationship management across multiple platforms
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Experience planning luxury events or curated travel experiences
- Warm, polished, and articulate — a natural host and ambassador
- WSET or equivalent wine certification is a strong plus
