Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns and content across multiple hospitality brands. The role demands creativity, strategic insight, and hands-on execution across platforms, with a particular emphasis on Meta and TikTok.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering digital marketing strategies for each brand
- Creating engaging content tailored to each venue's identity and audience
- Managing organic and paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
- Overseeing content calendars, social assets, and campaign performance
- Analysing data and reporting on campaign effectiveness to guide future strategy
- Collaborating with venue managers and creatives to ensure brand alignment
You are a digital native with proven experience delivering high-impact social campaigns and content in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about food, lifestyle, and culture, you understand what resonates with modern audiences and how to make brands stand out.
Key attributes include:
- 3+ years' experience in digital or social media marketing, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or events
- Deep platform knowledge, especially Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong content creation skills - video, photography, captions, and scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with strong skills in analytics and reporting
- Creative, agile, and highly collaborative
