Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns and content across multiple hospitality brands. The role demands creativity, strategic insight, and hands-on execution across platforms, with a particular emphasis on Meta and TikTok.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and delivering digital marketing strategies for each brand
Creating engaging content tailored to each venue's identity and audience
Managing organic and paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
Overseeing content calendars, social assets, and campaign performance
Analysing data and reporting on campaign effectiveness to guide future strategy
Collaborating with venue managers and creatives to ensure brand alignment
Candidate Profile
You are a digital native with proven experience delivering high-impact social campaigns and content in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about food, lifestyle, and culture, you understand what resonates with modern audiences and how to make brands stand out.
Key attributes include:
3+ years' experience in digital or social media marketing, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or events
Deep platform knowledge, especially Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager
Strong content creation skills - video, photography, captions, and scheduling
Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with strong skills in analytics and reporting
Creative, agile, and highly collaborative
