Job Description
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Revenue Officer will oversee all top-line growth functions and lead the teams responsible for driving revenue across every vertical of the business.
This role will manage central Sales, Partnerships, and Events functions while maintaining direct oversight of performance across all locations. The CRO will define strategy, build systems for accountability, and align teams around aggressive but achievable growth targets.
The role demands a commercial leader who understands the nuances of high-touch, experience-driven selling. From corporate membership acquisition to non-recurring on-demand revenue, the CRO will own the full revenue lifecycle, from lead generation through conversion and ongoing retention.
They will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment between acquisition efforts, experience delivery, and forecasting accuracy.

● Meeting room and event revenue performance
● Strategic partnership development and activation
● Revenue consistency and forecasting accuracy
Responsibilities
● Own all revenue-generating functions across the business, including Sales, Events, and Partnerships
● Manage central sales team and partner with GMs to support localized growth efforts
● Develop strategic plans for driving membership growth, increasing event revenue, and scaling partnerships
● Align on quarterly targets and lead ongoing performance reviews across all markets
● Define and track KPIs for each revenue vertical, ensuring clear accountability and visibility
● Partner with the CMO and Director of Operations to align acquisition strategy with operational capacity and experience standards
● Guide pricing strategy, offer design, and contract structure across all revenue channels
● Manage and support key corporate and aggregator relationships and all partnership negotiations
● Oversee the development and adoption of sales tools, CRM systems, and performance dashboards
● Regularly report on revenue performance to the executive team, with insight into wins, risks, and areas of opportunity
The Candidate
● A revenue leader with 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, and/or business development
● Proven track record in managing multi-channel revenue streams, ideally in hospitality, real estate, or premium membership-driven businesses
● Experienced in leading both centralized and distributed teams, with a clear approach to performance management
● Highly strategic but execution-focused, comfortable with both high-level planning and day-to-day coaching
● Comfortable owning targets and delivering measurable business results
● Analytical and data-driven, with strong forecasting and reporting capabilities
● Strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator
● Experience in high-growth, multi-location businesses preferred
● Skilled in managing long sales cycles and relationship-based selling models
