Job Description

The Business Development Manager – Hospitality will lead the regional execution of the National Key Account Strategy, targeting growth across major hospitality segments including hotels, pubs, clubs, and restaurant groups. This role is responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships, driving sales performance, and enhancing customer relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.

  • Manage key account relationships across the hospitality sector nationally

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with national objectives

  • Drive demand creation through specification selling and customer engagement

  • Design and manage preferred partner agreements and supply arrangements

  • Collaborate closely with regional and national teams to ensure alignment and execution

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a commercially astute business development professional with a strong background in capital equipment or solution-based sales. You will be comfortable navigating complex B2B sales environments and have an in-depth understanding of the hospitality sector and its key players.

  • Proven track record in account management and business development

  • Experience working with national corporate accounts in hospitality or related sectors

  • Strong knowledge of capital equipment, foodservice operations, or commercial kitchens

  • Confident negotiator with strong presentation and planning capabilities

  • High level of initiative and ability to work autonomously and within a team
