The property caters to a mix of corporate travellers, group business and large-scale events, supported by extensive conference and meeting facilities. With strong brand recognition and a focus on service excellence, the hotel is a key destination for corporate functions, conferences and residential events.

Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new corporate, conference and events revenue, with a strong focus on the MICE segment. Working closely with the hotel leadership team, you will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships and position the venue as a preferred destination for meetings, conferences and group events.

This role is relationship-driven and commercially focused, requiring a proactive approach to market engagement and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities include:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in hotel sales, conference sales or MICE business development

  • Strong relationships within the corporate or events sector

  • A strategic approach to pipeline development and revenue growth

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience within branded hotels or large conference venues will be highly regarded.

Offer
