Job Description
Reporting to senior sales leadership, the Business Development Manager will take ownership of the NSW territory, with a clear focus on aged care and contract catering clients. This role is responsible for managing established key accounts while proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing and growing strategic accounts across aged care and contract catering

Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the NSW market

Building relationships with operators, consultants and project stakeholders

Delivering tailored equipment solutions aligned to client operational needs

Maintaining accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of either contract catering or the aged care sector, with the commercial capability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market. You are relationship-driven, solutions-focused and comfortable operating autonomously across a large territory.
Key attributes include:

Proven experience in business development or key account management

Established networks within aged care or contract catering sectors

Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to manage longer sales cycles and project-based opportunities
