Job Description

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the smooth execution of day-to-day finance operations, with a focus on accounts payable and receivable. Working closely with venue managers and the broader finance team, the role is integral to ensuring accurate and timely financial processing.
  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
  • Liaise with venue teams and finance stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with general ledger maintenance and month-end reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support audit processes
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a similar bookkeeping or finance administration role, ideally within hospitality or a multi-site business. A detail-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and familiarity with finance systems will be key to success.
  • Experience in accounts payable and receivable is essential
  • Exposure to hospitality or venue-based operations is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in MYOB, Xero, or Netsuite
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and a proactive mindset
