Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Beverage Manager to be a key part of building the culture of this amazing new venue. You will recruit and train staff, create beverage and cocktail menus, establish procedures, source beverage suppliers, manage stock, and POS beverage information. You'll get the chance to provide ideas and develop beverage-focused activations and events, and during service you will help out where needed, ensuring guest satisfaction by ensuring a quality beverage service, drink recommendations, and effectively reflecting the culture of the venue.
