Job Description

As Bar Manager, you will oversee the entire venue as part of the management team, with a strong emphasis on beverage operations. This hands-on leadership role involves developing beverage menus, managing stock control, implementing training programs, and ensuring operational excellence across the bar.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on bar performance
  • Designing and maintaining innovative beverage menus
  • Implementing staff training to drive product knowledge and service quality
  • Managing inventory, stock rotation, and supplier relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, safety, and hygiene regulations
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a proven hospitality leader with extensive bar management experience and a passion for beverage innovation. You will have the ability to inspire your team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain a high-performing venue.
Desired attributes include:
  • Previous bar management experience in a high-volume venue
  • Strong beverage knowledge, including wine, spirits, and cocktails
