As Bar Manager, you will oversee the bar operations within this busy and respected restaurant. You will be responsible for leading a large team, ensuring service excellence, and fostering a positive and high-performing culture. This role requires both strong operational skills and the ability to inspire and mentor staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and motivating a large team of bartenders and supervisors
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience through high service standards
- Implementing and maintaining systems to ensure operational efficiency
- Driving product knowledge and service consistency across the team
- Working closely with senior management to achieve business objectives
The successful candidate will be an experienced Bar Manager with strong leadership qualities and the desire to grow within a well-regarded organisation. You will be passionate about hospitality, eager to expand your knowledge, and capable of leading and developing a diverse team.
