Job Description
As Bar Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of a high-performing CBD venue, with a strong focus on beverage operations, team development, and service delivery. You will be hands-on across busy bar and a la carte floor service, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a standout guest experience. You will also contribute to new openings and support broader venue goals alongside a collaborative leadership team.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting floor and bar operations during peak service periods

Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members

Upholding compliance and operational standards in a high-volume environment

Driving team performance through clear expectations and on-the-floor leadership

Supporting new venue launches and contributing to process improvement
